Class Bookings:
Please book your ticket online. If you prefer to pay by BACS we ask that the funds be transferred within 48 Hours of booking. If we don’t receive the funds within 48 hours we reserve the right to cancel your booking. PLEASE PLEASE put your Booking Ref as the Payment Ref as we quite often get references of ‘Cooking’ which can be hard to trace!

Allergies & Intolerances:
All allergies and intolerances that are relevant to the course must be declared on the Booking Request Form. We are happy to accommodate children and adults with allergies and intolerances and would work together to plan suitable precautions and alternatives where applicable. Not all recipes can be adapted so please contact us first if you have any concerns or questions.
Parental Consent Form:
All parents/guardians must fill out the Parental Consent Form at The Farm Cookery School prior to dropping off children for a course. Please declare if your child has any special educational needs so we can make the experience the best it can be for your child.
Behaviour Policy:
We understand that all students are individuals and we ask for any relevant information to be disclosed before any class. We can then tailor our teaching style to suit the needs of each student. Our Cookery school is a welcoming and fun environment and our aim is to inspire confidence and self-belief in our students. Each student is expected to be polite and respectful to all members of staff and other students. Each student must follow the kitchen rules for their safety and listen and follow the teacher’s instructions. Any form of bullying behaviour or disruption will not be tolerated and the student will be removed from the kitchen. We reserve the right to ask the student to leave or ask parents to collect their child and take them home if they continue to be disrespectful and disruptive towards staff or other students attending the class.
Photograph Policy:
No photos will be used in Social Media or Marketing UNLESS permission is granted on the Booking Request Form. Names will never be disclosed in any Marketing
Privacy Policy:
We will not disclose any of our customers contact details to any 3rd Parties. We will ensure that we treat personal information lawfully and correctly. We adhere to the principles of General Data Protection (GDPR).
Class Refund Policy:
IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO ATTEND YOUR CLASS OR CHANGE YOUR MIND ABOUT COMING WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS TO ANOTHER CLASS
However, the name on the ticket can be changed to another person if you send us their details including dietary information. You are also welcome to resell your tickets privately as long as we receive notification with all of their information as per our booking forms.

Vouchers & Coupons Policy:
We do not offer voucher or coupon extensions. Once you voucher or coupon has expired it can no longer be redeemed
Private Event – Terms & Conditions
Event Area:
Cookery parties and events will take place in the Kitchen Area and Demonstration Room and we also have an
additional ‘Dining Room’ which is free for you to use. This can also be decorated (please see timings) but
we ask that you use materials that will not damage the walls or beams (eg drawing pins!).
Private events by schools and companies can also include the Conference room. Please ask when booking.

Children’s Party Refund Policy:
Cancellations made 14 days prior to the party date will not be eligible for a refund
Should the course be cancelled by The Farm Cookery School for unforeseen reasons, full refunds will be
given.
Children’s Party Timings:
Parties are either 2 hours or 3 hours unless otherwise requested. You are welcome to have access to the
party room to decorate 1 hour before the party and we would ask that you have cleared the dining room 1/2 hour after
the party – all clearing in the Kitchen area is our responsibility.
Should a party run over the allotted time by more than 30 minutes we will charge £8 per hour or part
thereof.
Party & Event Payment:
A 10% Deposit is required to reserve your date and the balance payment should be made once the numbers
have been confirmed, 7 days before the party and on receipt of the invoice unless otherwise arranged
with Gretchen.
