Please book your place online. If you prefer to pay by BACS we ask that the funds be transferred within 7 days of booking. Once we have received the funds you will receive a confirmation email and again, further details nearer the class date.

Allergies & Intolerances:
All allergies and intolerances that are relevant to the course must be declared on the Booking Request Form. We are happy to accommodate children and adults with allergies and intolerances and would work together to plan suitable precautions and alternatives where applicable
Parental Consent Form:
All parents / guardians must fill out the Parental Consent Form at The Farm Cookery School prior to dropping off children for a course.
No photos will be used in Social Media or Marketing UNLESS permission is granted on the Booking Request Form. Names will never be disclosed in any Marketing
We will not disclose any of our customers contact details to any 3rd Parties except if we are contacted by the NHS in their Track & Trace Capacity
Class Refund Policy:
Class Places are non-refundable or transferrable. – please see Covid-19 for exceptional circumstances
Please do not come to The Farm Cookery School if you are exhibiting any signs of Covid-19, that is a temperature or persistent cough. We will offer you a Monetary Transfer Voucher which will be valid for a year if you are unable to come due to suffering from Covid-19 symptoms
In light of the COVID-19 situation we have rescheduled or are in the process of rescheduling all the affected classes. Please respond asap to any email you receive regarding reschedules.
If we do not get a response from you within a week of the email offering you the rescheduled class we will send you a Monetary Transfer Voucher
If you are unable to make the rescheduled date we will offer you a Monetary Transfer Voucher which will be valid for 1 year

Party Terms & Conditions NB We are not running Children’s Cookery Parties whilst we have our Pod System and Covid-19 restrictions
Cookery parties will take place in the Kitchen Area and Demonstration Room and we also have an
additional ‘Party Room’ which is free for you to use. This can also be decorated (please see timings) but
we ask that you use materials that will not damage the walls or beams (eg drawing pins!).

Parties are either 2 hours or 3 hours unless otherwise requested. You are welcome to have access to the
party room to decorate 1 hour before the party and we would ask that you have cleared the 1 hour after
the party – all clearing in the Kitchen area is our responsibility.
Should a party run over the allotted time by more than 30 minutes we will charge £8 per hour or part
A 10% Deposit is required to reserve your date and balance payment should be made once the numbers
have been confirmed, 7 days before the party and on receipt of the invoice unless otherwise arranged
