Timings:   2pm – 3pm plus Judging at 5pm

Cost:  This class costs £10 per household/device.

Menu:  3 Egg Victoria Sponge Cake, Buttercream, Glace Icing and Biscuits

Details:  Log onto the class from the privacy of your own kitchen and get ready to Bake!

You will be taught how to make a 3 Egg Victoria Sponge Cake as well as Biscuits, Buttercream and Glace Icing and once you have baked your cake or biscuits (or both!).

Yu can take your time decorating them to the theme of Springtime as we are looking forward to Spring and hopefully some easier times.

Judging will take place at 5pm

The winning bake will win a £20 Cookery School Voucher and will be published on our Social Media sites and in our Newsletter


This class is designed for children BUT please make sure an adult is present to ensure safety when in the kitchen

How it works:

Step 1: Book onto one of our Virtual Holiday Clubs

Step 2: We will email you all the paperwork, including the ingredients you will need to buy & the equipment you will need (all standard kitchen equipment).

Step 3: You will need to do the shopping!

Step 4: We will send you the online-class log-in details the day before.

Step 5: Log-on and enjoy your Virtual class with Gretchen at the arranged time & date
