Description: Homemade Lasagne is such a family favourite and using your own homemade Pasta sheets really takes it to the next level.  This is also a great class for beginners as you will learn to create a White Sauce using the Roux method as well as a Bolognaise Sauce.  Add a tasty Risotto Primavera as a starter and you are in for an extremely delicious evening!
