Burritos, Flour Tortillas & Churros

Flour Tortillas are so easy and quick to make and so much better than the bought version.  Burritos will be filled with your chill made using our succulent home bred Galloway Beef Mince and topped with your Guacamole & Salsa creations.  As if that isn’t  tempting enough we have thrown in a Baked Churros lesson too – Yum!

All our classes are suitable for all skill levels but this one in particular is great if you want to brush up on your sauce making skills.

Quesadillas, Flour Tortillas & Enchiladas

Flour Tortillas are so easy and quick to make and so much better than the bought version.  Quesadillas are a family favourite in our house as they are quick and so delicious!  Topping them with your homemade Guacamole & Salsa takes them to the next level .
This Enchilada recipe has been one of my recent favourites to create and so different from how you would imagine making them.  They are also super tasty so come along and create your own – I would be surprised if any leftovers made their way home!

All our classes are suitable for all skill levels and if you hate chopping onions this is the one for you as it is onion free!
