CHICKEN PASTILLA & MESKOUTA

Pastilla is a delicious and unique Moroccan dish, a crispy pie that combines sweet and savoury flavours, it is often served at weddings and celebrations but can be cooked for a special family dinner.
Meskouta is a light, fine-textured cake and gets its delicious flavour from lemon zest and fresh lemon juice.

CHERMOULA MARINADE, TABBOULEH & ZAALOUK

As well as preparing and making this herb based Marinade for chicken or vegetables you will create your very own spice mix for your Tabbouleh.
Zaalouk is so versatile, this aubergine based dish can be used as a dip, side dish or starter.
We’ve opted to use it as a starter to be served with homemade Khobz – Moroccan Bread

BRIOUATS, KEFTA MKAOUARA & KHOBZ

The easiest way to describe a Briouat is as a Moroccan Samosa!  You will fill yours with a delicious Spinach and Ricotta Mix and then turn your hand to a bit of bread making as you make your own Khobz
Kefta Mkaouara is packed full of Moroccan herbs and spices.  The small, tasty meatballs sit in a rich tomato sauce and if you fancy an egg on top then crack away!

FISH KEFTA & MOROCCAN CHICKEN

The delicious Kefta are made without egg and the fish can easily be substituted with Courgette – Scrumptious!
Our tomato based Moroccan Chicken is one of our most popular dishes and it is also deceptively simple!
