Chicken Parmigiana & Homemade Ravioli

Learn how to make your own Pasta Dough and use a Pasta Machine to create delicious homemade Ravioli which are served with your homemade Tomato & Parmesan sauce.

An array of fillings are prepared as a team and Gretchen demonstrates the importance of seasoning in the filling.

Just to make sure you are completely full when you leave we have added in a starter of Chicken Parmigiana Fillets, easy to make and simply delicious!

Homemade Gnocchi & Melanzane Parmigiana

Make delicious Gnocchi like the Nonnas do in Italy and learn how to cook and serve this delicious fresh starter.  It certainly beats the bought versions!

Melanzane Parmigiana is one of Gretchen’s all time favourite dishes so just had to be included in our Italian Classes! The sumptuous mix of aubergine, mozzarella, parmesan and tomato is just too good to miss.

LASAGNE & RISOTTO PRIMAVERA

Homemade Lasagne is such a family favourite and using your own homemade Pasta sheets really takes it to the next level.  Add a tasty Risotto Primavera as a starter and you are in for an extremely delicious evening!

All our classes are suitable for all skill levels but this one in particular is great if you want to brush up on your sauce making skills.
