Welcome to our brand new Thali Feast with some delicious new Indian treats:

Tikka Massala:  You can choose from Chicken, Aubergine or Quorn and coat them in your homemade Tikka marinade, these will grill whilst you make the Massala sauce

Seekh Kebab:  Mix a blend of spices with our Galloway Beef (or Sweet potato and Chickpea if you prefer) and mould onto a kebab to place under the grill.  You can use this spice mixture with other meat as well when you make it at home

Hariyali Curry:  My new favourite curry!  Also known as ‘Green Curry’ you have a choice of Chicken, Paneer, Aubergine or Quorn to use with this delicious fresh curry

The dishes will be accompanied by rice and Chapatis and if we have time we will throw in a Raita too!

Please let us know in the notes which options you would prefer for each of your dishes

We have designed this class with 2 People working together so where we have equal numbers you will have your own table but be sharing a hob and working as a team!

Over 18’s only

Price Includes Tuition, Aprons, Ingredients & Hot Drinks plus Sparkling Elderflower will be served with your meal.  You are more than welcome to bring your own alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks to enjoy whilst cooking and with your meal.
