Description: A Masterclass in Stews and Slow Cooking
We will demonstrate how to make 4 different stews – Gammon & Cider, Chicken & Bacon, Vegetable and Beef & Ale. The 4 different recipes will be made in advance for you to taste!
We ask that you choose one of the recipes beforehand, that you would like to make and bring along tupperware so it can be made here and taken home for you to slow cook the next day.
We will be showing how to make a base for every stew, thickening techniques and other top tips.
