Description: An introduction to how to make delicious Stews and Slow Cooking

Be prepared to eat quite alot!  Gretchen will have cooked a variety of stews – for example – Gammon & Cider, Chicken & Bacon, Vegetable and Beef & Ale so that you can have a taste of all of them.

Learn how to build your Stews and the different ways that you can thicken them.

Please choose one of the recipes beforehand so that you can prepare the ingredients and take it home in tupperware and cook it at your leisure

Classes are suitable for individuals

Price Includes Tuition, Aprons, Ingredients & Hot Drinks plus Sparkling Elderflower will be served with your meal.  You are more than welcome to bring your own alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks to enjoy whilst cooking and with your meal.
