Description: This is the second of our 2 Pasta classes focusing on creating and working with Pasta Dough.
Ravioli includes so many skills. You will make pasta dough, cook the meat or Quorn, make a Ragu, and finally cut out the dough and assemble all the sections to make the Ravioli.
For dessert, we will be making delicious Florentines.
Timings: 10am – 12.30pm
You will get a recipe pack to take away so you can make everything again at home and impress your family!
