SATURDAY CHEFS – 9+

Menu:   Homemade tortilla wraps, Mexican chicken/quorn fajitas and churros with chocolate sauce

Saturday Chefs:    These classes are suitable for children 9 yrs old and over

Pricing:    £25 per child

Description:  We will be making homemade tortilla wraps for our fajitas. Prepare the chicken or Quorn, onions and peppers for the filling if they want to or they can have a chicken wrap with other additions if they prefer.  Jodie will talk about the spices and what can be put in a fajita spice mix, you don’t have to add chilli if you like it mild.  For dessert, we will be making delicious churros which we will bake and and make a chocolate dipping sauce to go with it.  These will be taken home so please bring tupperware.

We will eat the fajitas in our dining room and we provide water for the children to drink.

You will get a recipe pack to take away so you can make everything again at home and impress your family!

Important stuff:

All children are dropped off and left with us for the duration of the class.  There is a parental consent form to fill in when booking your child onto the class.  Please let us know if they have any specific food requirements, health or educational needs so we can offer the best possible experience for them. Our Saturday Chefs are a fun and safe environment with up to 16 children attending, they are noisy and busy. We expect all the children attending to behave respectfully and listen to instructions from the staff for their own safety and for the success of the class.
