SATURDAY CHEFS – 11+ XMAS BAKING

Menu:   Stained Glass Window Biscuits, Jammy Sponge Slice and Christmas Rocky Road

Saturday Chefs:    These classes are suitable for children in Secondary School

Pricing:    £25 per child

Description:  This is a Christmas Baking class with lots of techniques and skills to learn.  We will be making stained glass window biscuits which can be used as decorations or eaten! Next is the jammy slice which is a layered cake, with pastry at the bottom, a jam layer then a sponge cake on top.  Lastly, Xmas rocky road where we will use the normal yummy ingredients and then add a xmas twist with extra elements and flavour.  Everything we make will be made from scratch.  Please bring lots of tupperware to take all your goodies home with you.

Timings:    2.30pm – 5pm

You will get a recipe pack to take away so you can make everything again at home and impress your family!

Important stuff:

All children are dropped off and left with us for the duration of the class.  There is a parental consent form to fill in when booking your child onto the class.  Please let us know if they have any specific food requirements, health or educational needs so we can offer the best possible experience for them. Our Saturday Chefs are a fun and safe environment with up to 16 children attending, they are noisy and busy. We expect all the children attending to behave respectfully and listen to instructions from the staff for their own safety and for the success of the class.
