SATURDAY CHEFS – 11+ BRUNCH

Menu:   Brunch, including Bacon, Sausages, Eggs (a choice of options), Beans and Tomatoes plus American Pancakes

Saturday Chefs:    These classes are suitable for children 9 yrs old and over

Pricing:    £30 per child

Description:  There are so many skills associated with Brunch, grilling the bacon and the sausages, combining flavours and making the beans from scratch, choosing the egg option and creating an Omelette, Scrambled Eggs, Boiled Eggs & Poached Eggs.

They are also preparing an American Pancake Batter and making Pancakes which they can top with fresh fruit or chocolate chips – which do you think they will choose?!

I don’t think that there will be anything coming home from this class I’m afraid!

There will be a recipe pack to take away so they can make everything again at home and impress the family!

Important stuff:

All children are dropped off and left with us for the duration of the class.  There is a parental consent form to fill in when booking your child onto the class.  Please let us know if they have any specific food requirements, health or educational needs so we can offer the best possible experience for them. Our Saturday Chefs are a fun and safe environment with up to 16 children attending, they are noisy and busy. We expect all the children attending to behave respectfully and listen to instructions from the staff for their own safety and for the success of the class.
