PLANT BASED MEXICAN CLASS

Vegan Cooking: Do you fancy adding some more plant based options into your diet?  If so this is the class for you as it also includes a demonstration and tasting element.

Cookery Class:  Create a Mixed Bean Chilli from scratch as well as learn to make and cook Flour Tortillas.  No Mexican meal is complete without Guacamole and Salsa so you be preparing these too.

Demonstration:  Whilst your Chilli is cooking you will move to the Demo Bar to taste some delicious Plant Based Alternatives that will be prepared and cooked for you (there may be some ‘this is one we made earlier’ Blue Peter action too!!)

Classes are suitable for individuals

Over 18’s only

Price Includes Tuition, Aprons, Ingredients & Hot Drinks plus Sparkling Elderflower will be served with your meal.  You are more than welcome to bring your own alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks to enjoy whilst cooking and with your meal.
