Menu: Harira Soup, Chicken or Aubergine Tagine, Lemon Couscous and Batbouts
Our Moroccan Feast classes are so popular we have created another one, with plenty of wonderful new dishes to try!
Harira = a delicious and hearty Moroccan soup made with legumes, fresh herbs and warming spices.
Chicken or Aubergine Tagine = a rich spiced tomato sauce with chickpeas and your choice of chicken or aubergine.
Lemon Couscous = a traditional North African side dish made from Semolina, paired with the bright zingy flavour of lemon.
Batbout = no Moroccan class would be complete without this delicious street-food staple – Moroccan Pita Bread, fried on the hob instead of baked.
This class costs £45 per person, we do recommend that you come with someone else as we have designed this class with 2 People working together. However, you are welcome to come along and work with another person booked on the class, an ideal opportunity to meet like-minded people in a relaxed setting. You will have your own table but will be sharing a hob and working as a team.

Price Includes Tuition, Aprons, Ingredients & Hot Drinks plus Sparkling Elderflower will be served with your meal. You are more than welcome to bring your own alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks to enjoy whilst cooking and with your meal.
