Menu: Batbout, Kefta Makaoura Tagine, Pastilla, Chermoula and Tabbouleh
Our first Moroccan Feast class was so successful we have created another one! This Moroccan Feast class has some fairly unusual names so here is what they mean:
Batbout = Moroccan Pita Bread, fried on the hob instead of baked
Kefta Makaoura Tagine = A rich tomato sauce with a choice of spiced Beef or Sweet Potato and Chickpea Kefta – you control the spice levels!
Pastilla – one of our favourites here, a delicious chicken or jackfruit filling encased in filo pastry
Tabbouleh = a Bulghar Wheat Moroccan salad that you can create to your taste and you’ll make your very own Spice Mix to go with it
Chermoula = a herb based marinade which we will coat either Chicken or Quorn with, it is so full of flavour we think you’ll want to recreate this time and time again at home
This class costs £40 per person, we do recommend that you come with someone else as we have designed this class with 2 People working together. However, you are welcome to come along and work with another person booked on the class, an ideal opportunity to meet like-minded people in a relaxed setting. You will have your own table but will be sharing a hob and working as a team.

Price Includes Tuition, Aprons, Ingredients & Hot Drinks plus Sparkling Elderflower will be served with your meal. You are more than welcome to bring your own alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks to enjoy whilst cooking and with your meal.
