Mock Practical Assessment GCSE Food and Nutrition

It’s Mock assessment time for our GCSE students.  They will be preparing, cooking and presenting 3 dishes in 3 hours.  We do 2 sessions per day – 9am – 12pm and 2pm – 5pm so it is a very busy day in the cookery school kitchen!  Every year we are absolutely blown away by the skills shown by our young students and we wish this year’s students all the best.
