Menu – Fresh pasta, Ravioli with a trio of fillings and Biscotti biscuits

We will be making homemade pasta and will be turning it into 3 different types of ravioli.  We will make a trio of fillings to put inside the ravioli and seal them and then cook them. You’ll be an expert in ravioli by the end of this class and making pasta!

Our fillings will be:

  • Butternut squash and Sage – the seasoning is the key here and you’ll learn what a difference it makes
  • Mushroom & Cheese – I would have Stilton but I won’t force my love of blue cheese onto anyone!
  • Meat – we will use our homegrown Galloway mince beef to create a lovely beefy filling
We will also be making a tangy tomato Ragu to accompany your Ravioli

For something Italian and sweet we will also be making Biscotti which you will be able to choose what you would like to put into this lovely crunchy biscuit, delicious.

You will get to taste all the different raviolis here in our dining room as well as your biscotti.  However you are very welcome to bring tupperware to take any leftovers home.

This class is suitable for individuals.

Over 18’s only

Price Includes Tuition, Aprons, Ingredients & Hot Drinks plus Sparkling Elderflower will be served with your meal.  You are more than welcome to bring your own alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks to enjoy whilst cooking and with your meal.
