Menu – Pasta from Scratch, Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli, Pesto Chicken with Spaghetti, Tomato Ragu and Garlic Dough Balls

This class costs £40 per person, we do recommend that you come with someone else as we have designed this class with 2 People working together.  However, you are welcome to come along and work with another person booked on the class, an ideal opportunity to meet like-minded people in a relaxed setting.  You will have your own table but will be sharing a hob and working as a team.

This Italian Feast is chocked full of Italian favourites that you can recreate at home.

Homemade Pasta sounds scary to make but we promise it isn’t.  You will each make your own pasta, half will be used for Ravioli and half for your Spaghetti

Ravioli making is fun and this Spinach and Ricotta filling is absolutely delicious – once you’ve made it from scratch though you won’t want to buy it readymade again though!

Pesto from scratch is brilliant as you can make it to your taste and texture, another one you’ll be reluctant to buy once you’ve made it yourself.  You can add it to Chicken or Quorn just let us know which you would prefer (you don’t have to choose that as a pair)

Homemade bread is always a winner, these Garlic Dough Bites are super easy to make and only need a short second prove then a quick blast in the oven – I’m sure you’ve had them before in one of our country’s favourite restaurants!

All of our Italian Feast bites work well with a Tomato Ragu so we will make our Tomato sauce and leave it to reduce, sweeten and thicken as we create the rest of the Feast

Over 18’s only

Price Includes Tuition, Aprons, Ingredients & Hot Drinks plus Sparkling Elderflower will be served with your meal.  You are more than welcome to bring your own alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks to enjoy whilst cooking and with your meal.
