Tandoori Skewers: Tandoori paste is quick and easy to make but so full of flavour and you can choose either Chicken or Paneer to make your Skewers that will also include Onions and Peppers. Pair these Skewers with an Indian Salad and this makes the perfect starter.
Bhuna: The key to this dish is slowly frying off the spices with the onions and garlic and then adding the meat to brown too. Only then do you add the rest of the ‘curry sauce’ ingredients to create a rich curry, we always give you the option of reducing or increasing the heat of the dish too!
Chapati Some may say that you don’t need rice and chapati in one meal, we disagree! Learn to make the classic chapati, they are so easy to make
