Get to grips with Indian Spices with this introduction to Indian food and learn to cook some delicious dishes for 16 year olds and over.

Samosas:  A samosa is a pastry with a savoury filling, including ingredients such as spiced potatoes, onions, and peas.  We will show you how to fill and fold your own triangular samosas!

Balti: First coming over to Birmingham in the 1980’s the Balti dish has become a favourite in the UK.  A medium hot tomato-based curry known for being cooked in a metal dish with spices such as cumin and coriander.  You have a choice whether you would like to make a Chicken or Vegetable Balti.

Chapati:  Learn to make the classic Chapatis, they are so easy to make and so delicious when they are homemade and eaten with a Balti curry.

Price Includes Tuition, Aprons, Ingredients & Hot Drinks plus Sparkling Elderflower will be served with your meal.  You are more than welcome to bring your own alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks to enjoy whilst cooking and with your meal.
