What comes to your mind when you think of Thai Food? Two of our favourites Thai dishes are Thai Fishcakes and Green Curry so we thought we would put them together for a class!
Thai Fishcakes: We use Basa fish when making our fishcakes as it takes on the flavour so well and also has a great texture. There are a total of 12 other ingredients that go into this recipe to make them so delicious.
Thai Green Curry: Did you know that this is called a Green curry because of the herbs used rather than the colour of the chilli? Red curry is Tomato based and Yellow is down to the Turmeric or Saffron that is used.
We have chosen to teach the Green curry this time but watch out for our Curry Masterclasses too.
