COOKERY CLASS FOR ADULTS WITH COMPLEX NEEDS – PICNIC

Recipes:  Picnic – Soda bread roll, sausage roll, mini cheese and bacon muffins and loaded flapjacks

Description:  We will be making soda bread rolls from scratch, sausage rolls with puff pastry and delicious mini cheese and bacon muffins for our picnic.  When the rolls are baked you will be able to fill them with your choice of ingredients.  These will be plated up together and you will be able to eat these in the dining room if you wish.  For dessert we will be making loaded flapjacks and you will be able to choose extra ingredients like dried fruit and chocolate chips if you wish to personalise them to your taste.  Please bring tupperware to take these home with you.

Price: £30 per person, this is a discounted price and is £10 less than our other adult classes.  This includes all the ingredients, aprons, recipe packs and tuition.
