COOKERY CLASS FOR ADULTS WITH COMPLEX NEEDS – BBQ

Recipes:  Barbeque – Mini beef burger, chunky chips, courgetti salad with lime dressing, chicken skewers and rocky road

Description:  We will be making mini beef burgers from scratch, slice potatoes and make chunky oven chips, we will use the spiraliser and make courgetti salad with a delicious lime dressing and create a chicken skewer with chunks of chicken and other ingredients (if you wish) for our bbq menu.  These will be plated up together and you will be able to eat these in the dining room if you wish.  For dessert we will be making rocky road.  Please bring tupperware to take these home with you.

Vegetarian options are available please ask when booking.

Price: £30 per person, this is a discounted price and is £10 less than our other adult classes.  This includes all the ingredients, aprons, recipe packs and tuition.
