Recipes: Chicken Goujons with Loaded Jacket Potatoes and Mini Victoria Sponges
Description: We will be making chicken strips and dipping them in egg and breadcrumbs to create chicken goujons, twice baked jackets are great as we will be scooping all the potato out once baked and re-filling them with an assortment of delicious ingredients which you can choose from. They then go in the oven again to warm through and melt the cheese. These will be plated up together and you will be able to eat these in the dining room if you wish. For dessert we will be making mini victoria sponges which look fantastic and taste it too. Please bring tupperware to take these home with you.

Price: £30 per person, this is a discounted price and is £10 less than our other adult classes. This includes all the ingredients, aprons, recipe packs and tuition.
