COOKERY CLASS FOR ADULTS WITH COMPLEX NEEDS

Recipes:  Pizza Rolls and Biscotti

Description:  We will be making pizza dough from scratch and tomato sauce for the pizza.  Then create pizza rolls where you can personalise your toppings.  For something sweet we will be making our version of biscotti called unoscotti which are much softer but still delicious!  Please bring along tupperware to take the biscuits home.  We eat the main course in our dining room and provide water, coffee and tea throughout the class.

Vegetarian options are available please ask when booking.
