Menu: Pizza bombs and Profiteroles with Chocolate sauce for dessert
Description: This class is advised for children 8 years and over due to the technical aspects of the recipes that we will be making.
We will be making pizza dough from scratch. Once proved this will then be laid in a muffin tin to create pizza bombs. We will make a fresh tomato sauce and ladle it into the pizza dough bomb. You will then fill it with ingredients of your choice like peppers, pepperoni, sweetcorn, ham and cheese etc. Then the dough will be pressed together to create a bomb shape pizza! Once it has been baked in the oven, you will all eat this in the dining room for lunch.
We will then make profiteroles with choux pastry which we will bake and let cool. These will then be piped with whipped cream. We will make a chocolate sauce that can be drizzled over the profiteroles, yummy!
Please bring tupperware to take the profiteroles home.
Everyone attending the class is welcome to go at their own pace, some groups work quicker than others! We have a 3-hour session to allow you to go as quickly or slowly as you wish. When they are younger children in the group it will be slower…it is just about enjoying yourselves. We will assist you as you go along to make all the delicious food.
If you would like to cook with more members of your family or with more friends, you can have up to 4 people at your Adult & Child Cookery Station.
Pricing: £55 for 2 Adult portions and you can have up to 4 people at a station, working together in a team.
You will only need to purchase 1 ticket for your cookery station.
You can cook more if you wish and it is an extra £12.50 per portion. Please put it in the notes when booking and we will contact you for the extra payment.
