COOK TOGETHER (ADULT & CHILD) – CHRISTMAS – MORNING SESSION

Timings:   9am – 12pm  (These timings also include enough time to eat here, it is likely you will finish earlier if you are choosing to take your goodies home)

Menu:  Gingerbread Biscuits, Christmas Mincemeat Pastry Slice & Stained Glass Star Biscuit Tree Decorations

Description: This is a Christmas family baking session.  Starting with the classic gingerbread biscuits we will be making and baking these.  Once they have cooled you can decorate them with icing to make them all Christmasy!  Next is the Christmas slice, this has lots of elements to it, from the sweet pastry, vanilla sponge and mincemeat all layered to create this delicious slice.  It is great as a cake but also amazing warmed up with cream as a pudding.  Lastly we are creating Star biscuits which look like stained glass, we make a hole in the top so ribbon can be added and they can be used as edible tree decorations (or they can be eaten straight away if you can’t resist!)

Please bring along tupperware to take your goodies home with you.

Everyone attending the class is welcome to go at their own pace, some groups work quicker than others! We have a 3 hour session to allow you to go as quickly or slowly as you wish.  When they are younger children the group will be slower…it is just about enjoying yourselves.  We will assist you as you go along to make all the delicious food.

If you would like to cook with more members of your family or with more friends, you can have up to 4 people at your Adult & Child Cookery Station.

Pricing: £55 for 2 Adult portions and you can have up to 4 people at a station, working together in a Team
