This Vegetarian class will teach you two classic Italian dishes made the traditional way:
Gnocchi: Made the way the Nonnas make it with just potato and flour – the ratio is important! We like to blanch and fry these little nuggets of deliciousness and in this class we will add some mushrooms and spinach – please ask if you would prefer alternative additions
Melanzane Parmigiana: One of our personal favourites here at The Farm Cookery School. The richness of the aubergine and cheeses works so well with the tang of the tomato ragu and we have some handy hints to make it extra tasty!

Price Includes Tuition, Aprons, Ingredients & Hot Drinks plus Sparkling Elderflower will be served with your meal. You are more than welcome to bring your own alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks to enjoy whilst cooking and with your meal.
