This is an introduction to Italian flavours and pasta making.  We will teach you two classic dishes step by step in the traditional way:

Cannelloni:  The word Cannellone literally means ‘big pipe’ and this stuffed pasta dish is known as Cannelloni in Italy and Manicotti in America.  We will be creating it with homemade pasta, making a delicious filling with mince, white sauce and cheese.  Layered with a fresh tomato sauce and the rest of the white sauce and more cheese (vegetarian option available please request when booking)

Tiramisu:  This is a real treat and so delicious and a really quick and easy recipe for you to follow and repeat again at home.  The combination of cream, coffee and sponge is always a winner!

Over 16’s only

Price Includes Tuition, Aprons, Ingredients & Hot Drinks plus Sparkling Elderflower will be served with your meal.  You are more than welcome to bring your own alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks to enjoy whilst cooking and with your meal.
