Description: For those starting off in the kitchen, increasing confidence and learning lots of new skills. 

We will be making the classic Chicken Roast Dinner with roast potatoes, green beans, carrots and homemade gravy.  For dessert we will make a delicious Bread and Butter pudding.  Whilst these are cooking Gretchen will then demonstrate how to make a cottage pie with creamy mash (which you can taste too!).  So two meals in one class!  You will get to eat your Chicken roast dinner and dessert in our dining room.

We give out all these recipes so you can repeat them at home and impress your family and friends.

Over 18’s only

Price Includes Tuition, Aprons, Ingredients & Hot Drinks plus Sparkling Elderflower will be served with your meal.  You are more than welcome to bring your own alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks to enjoy with your meal.
