CHRISTMAS ADULT BAKING

Menu: Mini Christmas Wreath Pavlovas, Chocolate Yule Log and Christmas Coloured Biscuits

We will be teaching how to make lots of Christmas themed sweet treats.  How to make the perfect meringues and create mini Xmas wreath shaped pavlovas topped with fresh fruit and cream.  Learn the technique of the chocolate sponge and chocolate buttercream rolled and decorated into a yule log to impress your family and friends – so festive.  Create delicious coloured biscuits which you can cut and decorate with a Christmas theme.

This is an indulgent and fun class where you can explore delicious ingredients and have a social evening with your friends (you are welcome to bring mulled wine with you!)

You will be able to eat some of this here in our dining room and the rest you can take home for your family to try, please bring tupperware to take food home in.

We give out all these recipes so you can repeat them at home.

Over 18’s only

Price Includes Tuition, Aprons, Ingredients & Hot Drinks plus Sparkling Elderflower will be served with your meal.  You are more than welcome to bring your own alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks to enjoy with your meal.
