Get to grips with traditional food from the Southern United States with this brand new class, and learn to cook some delicious dishes.

Creole Jambalaya:  A classic savoury rice dish from Louisiana, made with meat, seafood, tomatoes and vegetables.

Cornbread: A light and moist bread made using cornmeal.

Cajun Corn on the Cob:  A favourite summer side dish, spiced up with a Cajun kick!

Bananas Foster:  An indulgent dessert made from bananas and vanilla ice cream, with a delicious butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon sauce.

£45 per person.

Global Flavours Class Details:

Over 18’s only

Price Includes Tuition, Aprons, Ingredients & Hot Drinks plus Sparkling Elderflower will be served with your meal.  You are more than welcome to bring your own alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks to enjoy whilst cooking and with your meal.
