INTRODUCTION TO BRITISH BAKING

This class is an introduction to baking for adults with our baking queen Jodie.

Menu: Mini Victoria Sponges, Sweet Scones, Savoury Scones and Custard Cream Biscuits

This baking class is full of techniques and top tips.  You will be very busy making all this delicious food which you are welcome to eat some of it here and take the rest home with you!

Please bring plenty of cake tins and tupperware.
