INTRODUCTION TO BRITISH BAKING

This class is an introduction to baking for adults with our baking queen Jodie.

Menu: Mini Victoria Sponges, Sweet Scones, Savoury Scones and Custard Cream Biscuits

Do you lack confidence when baking cakes and biscuits and they never come out the same?  This baking class is full of techniques and top tips that will ensure that your bakes will be more consistent.  You will make each recipe step by step and Jodie will be demonstrating how to avoid common mistakes and build confidence with baking. You will be very busy making all this delicious food which you are welcome to eat some of it here and take the rest home with you!

Please bring plenty of tupperware so you can share it at home and impress your family and friends!
