I asked Jodie to create a Fondant Fancy recipe as these are my favourite Mr K’s cakes! Leanr not only how to make the cakes but also how to cover them in the icing – we have a cunning trick that works a treat!
Battenberg:
A delicious chequerboard cake and you will make your own marzipan to cover it too.
Macarons:
These French classics are such a treat to make and Jodie will teach you all about how to perfect their feet!
Please bring tupperware to take home the cakes and macarons.

We give out all these recipes so you can repeat them at home.
