Finesse your short-crust pastry in this baking masterclass and create the following three beautiful desserts:
Lemon Meringue Pie:
Short-crust pastry, lemon filling and a meringue topping.
Treacle Tart:
Short-crust pastry with a sweet treacle filling.
Bakewell Tart:
Short-crust pastry, a layer of sweet jam and a cake topping.
Please bring tupperware to take home your goodies.
**This class will not be suitable if you have a Nut allergy**
We give out all these recipes so you can repeat them at home.
Over 18’s only
Price Includes Tuition, Aprons, Ingredients & Hot Drinks plus Sparkling Elderflower will be served with your meal. You are more than welcome to bring your own alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks to enjoy with your meal.
