Description: A Masterclass in Bread.

Menu:  Bread Making – Soda Bread, Focaccia and Flat Breads

Description:  We will be making 3 different types of bread. Firstly soda bread which is quick bread to make and doesn’t use yeast or time to rise like other breads.  It is really tasty and we will discuss the different options of ingredients that you can use.  We will then make the focaccia which does need time to rise and kneeding.  We will show you when it is ready and is proven.  You can add caramelised onions on the top if you wish or keep it plain with salt and olive oil (both are delicious).  For the flat breads they will have a yoghurt base and you can top these with pesto and cheese if you want to.

We will also be making a Marinated Chicken Salad & Hummus to enjoy with the breads

Please bring tupperware for any leftovers

This class will not be suitable if you have a gluten allergy.

We give out all these recipes so you can repeat them at home.

Over 18’s only

Price Includes Tuition, Aprons, Ingredients & Hot Drinks plus Sparkling Elderflower will be served with your meal.  You are more than welcome to bring your own alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks to enjoy with your meal.
