Recipes: Sweet (mincemeat) and Savoury (sausage) Lattice Puffs, Homemade Pizza for lunch and a Christmas Tree Gingerbread Challenge
This Christmas cookery holiday week we are making a day of it! Starting with the 8+ party.
In the morning we will be making sweet lattice puffs with mincemeat from scratch and pork sausage or vegetarian sausages lattice puffs (which they can have as a snack here or bring home)
Next, they will be making their own lunch with pizza dough, tomato sauce and topping which they can choose from.
In the afternoon we will be having a Gingerbread tree challenge which they are going to make, build and decorate! They will be bringing this home so please bring a container to carry it safely home.
We will also provide Christmas colouring sheets and craft so they can relax in our dining room in between cooking!
All children are dropped off and left with us for the duration of the class and we ask that you fill out a parental consent form in advance.
