14+ HOLIDAY CLUB – ITALIAN FEAST

Recipes:  Arancini, Gnocchi, Pesto, Dough Bites, Carbonara & Cannoli Tarts

Description:  

We’ve decided that 9.30am – 3pm is much better timing for our 14+ classes as I just want them to do so much!  I have put together a twist on the Italian Feast Adult Classes for this holiday session with the following dishes:

Arancini – we will have these for a snack and the great thing is that the students learn to make Risotto as well so it’s a double skill dish!

Gnocchi – delicious pasta pillows made form potato and flour that we will be cooking and then browning to dip in our homemade pesto

Dough Bites – an Italian Feast is not complete without dough bites and these ones are filled with garlic butter and cheese

Carbonara – a traditional pasta,made from scratch and no, there is no cream in our Carbonara – we make it properly!

Cannoli Tarts – we have tweaked this popular Italian sweet treat slightly to make them into tarts rather than cones – then you don’t need any additional equipment to make them at home again!

We can cater with alternative ingredients for vegetarians so please ask when booking.  We do provide water during the class but they are welcome to bring their own drink bottle.

Important stuff:

All students are dropped off and left with us for the duration of the class.  There is a parental consent form to fill in when booking your child onto the class.  Please let us know if they have any specific food requirements, health or educational needs so we can offer the best possible experience for them. Our holiday clubs are a fun and safe environment, this class will have up to 16 children attending, so they are noisy and busy. We expect all the children attending to behave respectfully and listen to instructions from the staff for their own safety and for the success of the class.
