11+ JULY HOLIDAY CLUB

Recipes:  Mini cheese and bacon muffins, soda bread sandwiches, scotch egg, chicken skewers and cookie bites

Description:

We will be making mini cheese and bacon muffins for a snack in the morning.  Then we will make soda bread for sandwiches and there will be a variety of fillings to choose from.  Scotch egg which is really fun to make and then tasty chicken skewers.  These can be eaten for lunch in our dining room.  For dessert we will make cookies bites.

Please bring tupperware for them to take home any left overs which they can share with you!

We can provide vegetarian alternatives so please ask when booking.

In between cooking there will be activities or chill out time in our dining room.

We do provide water during the class but they are welcome to bring their own drink bottle.

Important stuff:

All children are dropped off and left with us for the duration of the class.  There is a parental consent form to fill in when booking your child onto the class.  Please let us know if they have any specific food requirements, health or educational needs so we can offer the best possible experience for them. Our holiday clubs are a fun and safe environment, this class will have up to 16 children attending, so they are noisy and busy. We expect all the children attending to behave respectfully and listen to instructions from the staff for their own safety and for the success of the class.
