11+ 28TH AUGUST HOLIDAY CLUB

Recipes:  Garlic dough balls, personalised pizzas, baked doughnuts and churros with chocolate sauce.

Description:

For our last 11+ cookery class this summer we are going for yummy party favourites!  We will be making garlic dough balls from scratch, pizza dough and fresh tomato sauce.  They will create their own pizza with a variety of toppings to go with their dough balls.  They will eat this in the dining room.  For a sweet treat we will be making doughnuts which will be baked.  We can even insert jam if they want it.  To take home we will make churros with a chocolate dipping sauce – lots of treats with this cookery class.

Please bring tupperware for them to take home any left overs which they can share with you!

In between cooking there will be activities or chill out time in our dining room.

We do provide water during the class but they are welcome to bring their own drink bottle.

Important stuff:

All children are dropped off and left with us for the duration of the class.  There is a parental consent form to fill in when booking your child onto the class.  Please let us know if they have any specific food requirements, health or educational needs so we can offer the best possible experience for them. Our holiday clubs are a fun and safe environment, this class will have up to 16 children attending, so they are noisy and busy. We expect all the children attending to behave respectfully and listen to instructions from the staff for their own safety and for the success of the class.
