Recipes:  Coloured Christmas Tagliatelle with Meatballs & Tomato Sauce, Cheesy Snowman Dough Bites with Christmas Cookies

Description:

It’s Christmas Party time at The Farm Cookery School and this class is for the 10 and overs.

Colourful Christmas Pasta – the students will make pasta from scratch and as it’s Christmas we thought their Tagliatelle could be red and green!  We will pair this with a homemade Tomato Sauce and Pork Meatballs – we can also provide vegetarian options.

Cheesy Snowman Dough Bites – we thought it would be fun to make some stacked dough bites and then add extras to make them look like Snowmen!

Christmas Cookies – well you can’t have a cookery class without a sweet treat can you – if you are lucky they may even bring some home.

Important stuff:

All children are dropped off and left with us for the duration of the class.  There is a parental consent form to fill in when booking your child onto the class.  Please let us know if they have any specific food requirements, health or educational needs so we can offer the best possible experience for them. Our holiday clubs are a fun and safe environment with up to 16 children attending, they are noisy and busy. We expect all the children attending to behave respectfully and listen to instructions from the staff for their own safety and for the success of the class.
