Health & Safety during the COVID-19 Pandemic

As a Catering Business we have always taken our Health & Safety guidelines very seriously and we have always been very thorough with our cleaning.  In line with Government Guidance we have undertaken an additional HACCP - Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point  - basically a Risk Assesment for the Catering Industry.  If you would like details of this please get in touch

We have also put a One Way system into place, please see below.  We reserve the right to utilise this one way system depending on class size and nature.  

Face coverings are not currently required within indoor Hospitality however our team will still be wearing face shields and we have also kept our distanced kitchen and dining rooms settings.  Please note that if you choose to do a class which has indicated you may have to share hobs with someone and work as a team this will still apply if we have no alternative due to numbers attending.

Please get in touch as soon as you have a Positive Lateral Flow Test (PCR's are no longer necessary for proof) and if we have more than 48 hours notice we reserve the right to transfer you to a different class, we do not offer refunds.  Please note this is for Covid positive cancellations only as our policy is no refunds or transfers, it is not possible for us to run the business any other way.  You are more than welcome to transfer your booking to friends or family that can attend in your place on the date that you are unable to attend.
